About Us
We're a small home bake business established in 2019 with a passion for making cakes and desserts. Our signature cotton cakes and other desserts are made using the best ingredients.
We are temporarily based at Townview Rd Mount Pritchard NSW 2170.

How to order
You can order by messaging us on Facebook, or Instagram; you can also use the "Ask us" chat button! - We are very active and responsive on our social media accounts.
Alternatively, you can also order online via https://ekysdesserts.cococart.co/ - the online platform will show the available dates.
All orders require two days of notice unless booked out. Best to secure your order early, as we are only taking limited orders for each day.
For buttercream regular sponge cakes and cupcakes, if the date you needed it for is not available, you can order one to three days earlier as the cake/cupcakes will still be good for up to four days when it's stored in the fridge.
Payment and Securing Order
Credit/Debit Card/Afterpay Method: (via Cococart online order)
Orders will be automatically confirmed and secured. (Card fees apply)
PayID Method: (via messaging or Cococart online order)
Full payment must be completed immediately (within 10 minutes) to secure and confirm your order. If payment is not completed within the timeframe, your order will be rejected to free up the available slot for that day.
Please include your order ID in the reference and send us a screenshot as first-time payments to a new payee may be held up for up to 24 hours as a security measure.

Once we receive the payment/screenshot, we will mark your order as paid and send you the pick-up address.
Pick Up Location & Hours
Currently, we only have a pick-up option. The pick-up location is at Townview Rd Mount Pritchard NSW 2170.

*After 6pm pick-up is available via appointment only (subject to availability).
**For Choux orders, morning pickup will need to be from 9am.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 48 hours notice of the pick-up date and will incur a 30% fee of the total cost.
Any cancellation within two days of the pick-up date will still proceed and require you to pick up your order on the agreed date.
Special Diet Disclaimers
Egg-free and gluten-free cakes and desserts do not contain the ingredients. All equipment is cleaned thoroughly before baking.
